Hi everyone! Joined off a friends recommendation, not really sure where to start, definitely interested in the Google for Education platform and the Google Trainer side of things. Hope to find the right direction, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Google for Education and Google Certified Trainer
Does anyone have any experience with this? I started down this road a little over six month ago, and really feel like it's the path for me, and would like to continue exploring this side of things.
So far I've completed, the Google Training Assessment Cert, and the GFE Certified Educator levels one and two.
My goal is to show teachers, because bless their hearts, with technology and integrating it into the classroom. Teachers can't accomplish much when their students know more about their equipment than they do!

Jensen Ackles & Jared Padalecki, easily the best day off my life at the Supernatural convention in Dallas this past year!

@thanksajdotcom I really want to look more on the training/support side of things. The administration/infrastructure is something I'm willing too look into. But I'd rather be working with people in a real life setting.

So the hunt begins...
Looks like it's time for the job hunt to begin, I'm unable to grow with my current company and just feel like it's time, I'm at an impasse though, I'm supposed to attend the TCEA conference in February (It's already paid for) it's a beneficial conference that I think would be an awesome opportunity to attend. What would your advice be?

RE: Photo storage -Flickr vs Google photos vs ?
Sharing google photos is easy and allows anyone with any type of account to see them.
You also can set the access, so you can keep them private and just allow certain people to view them.
You should be able to back up all photos without any issue, I'm the type of person who always has the originals on my computer, so if something ever happened, I'd still have them. lol!

RE: Google for Education and Google Certified Trainer
@Dashrender because more teachers are learning new things and constantly are changing the way they are teaching, the state makes changes, the materials change. They could change them for any reason. Example, my best friend is a technology teacher, this is her first year, and she's already started making her lesson plans for next year, to make the class more interesting for her students. Different projects, more hands on, the sky is the limit! Well the state's limit...lol

RE: Google for Education and Google Certified Trainer
@scottalanmiller that and more, the way most colleges are taught these days are primarily online, or a blended learning environment that is partially online. I think if teachers understood the way the apps work, for example, the google classroom, they could post all homework on there, then be able to grade and return it without using one piece of paper. Not only are you conserving materials, but the kids are learning the skills that they will need for college. Keeping track of your own due dates, turning things in online, using the tools available to you to enhance the work. There's a million ways to go, but the teachers have to be willing to learn.
