I think we all have that problem, though it's the dad I want to avoid and the mom who is more technical in my in-laws house at least.

I signed up for the free one, and it tells me I have 14 days remaining in my trial. I thought this was supposed to be free?

Maybe it switches to the free one after 14 days.

Actually, I figured it out. I breezed right through the signup, and it auto-logged me into my existing SC account (work email). After redoing it w/ my personal email, it's all sorted. Pretty slick, too, I've never used it before.

I moved to SC after the price hike at LMI.
Overall I'm pretty happy with the solution.

@LG-at-ConnectWise we do have one open support issue that maybe you can help us with on here. @gjacobse is working with someone on that for the past two weeks but he's had a family emergency so we've fallen behind on keeping up with that.

I can post a full thread for troubleshooting if you like. We have one SC server on Linux (we have several, only one has the issue currently) and it is spiking CPU loads like crazy and the service goes offline temporarily. Server itself stays up, just heavily loaded. Nginx in front for the portal, but the service itself is direct.

Gotcha! This would require a service ticket - once you enter that, send me the ticket number and I can follow up and make sure it is addressed quickly.

It's been in a ticket for a while and is probably waiting on some info from us as @gjacobse was the coordinator on it and far, far more pressing matters took over so it had to be put on a back burner. We are able to live with the issues temporarily We will get the ticket number and info for you as soon as we can.
