Now it is, but I had 30TB+ at home before moving that part into the big lab.

Didn't really check out the price, I was actually just telling @JaredBusch an edge max version appeared to exist.
And by the way you did get a good price for the Unify versionof the switch, this is the price I see from your link

I've been using DAC cables with my EdgeMax switch and they've been working perfectly. I ordered these and haven't had any issues with them.

@Dashrender The file server VM is currently at about 40TB used of 56TB available. Plus a number of other VMs that are all together using about 3-6TB (depending how many VMs I'm testing with at any one time). In total, I have a need for close to 46TB of backup space when you add it all up.

Damn, that's one hell of a collection. Any guesitmate on the number of movies?
I paid VUDU $1-2 a movie to convert my DVD/Bluray collection to streaming (and still get to keep the disk). I spent around $150 for my whole collection - I don't have a large movie collection.
Of course there is the issue of those movies that Vudu doesn't have, like Indiana Jones, or back then they didn't have Star Wars or any Disney films (and today getting Disney movies and Star Wars would require repurchasing them).

Finally got the switch setup last night. iPerf tests today show a 8.7Gbps to 9.3Gbps transfer between hosts and VMs.
