dropping project

Can you prioritize the projects? Also is it all one boss that assigned it all to you?
-
Tell, don't ask, that you have limited time and energy. Explain that you commuted time and could do the project but someone is giving you extra projects and you need to know which are priorities, are they really to take time away from the original project, etc.
-
The business needs to prioritize the projects that were assigned to you, tell your boss that you were assigned the first project with you as the lead, and then projects 2 and 3 came in which you were also tasked to be a part of.
During meeting regarding those projects it appears that you're expected to be the lead.
So have management prioritize them, and move the responsibilities or timelines so that they jobs can be completed at an appropriate rate.

My boss said he wants all those projects done at the same time. hmmmmm

Your available time: 40h / week
Project 1 requires 100% time
Project 2..4 require 50-100% each
Time left: -60 to -120h / weekEasy equation, even C-level should get that. Maybe ask them for 300%+ salary?

Even salary bumps can't give you more time, you still need time to sleep and eat etc.

I did that once during dotcom, but I also got that increased salary. Had a toothbrush, clothes and a bed couch in my office

Your response should have been to laugh and say "ha ha, no really, which two am I to drop or just drop all three?" Never let him make an impossible demand, it comes across as you accepting the impossible making it your fault later. If your boss demands the impossible, make sure that HIS boss knows that he is intentionally making sure that things don't get done.
