Aye, it has been available for many years:
https://github.com/zfsonlinux/zfs/releases?after=zfs-0.4.4 (27 Nov 2008). Stable since Apr 2013. ZFS via FUSE has been released Mar 2011. -
This isn't via FUSE, though. Via FUSE was purely for academic use, not for production use. This, in theory, would be good for production.
