What happened to the website?

As most everyone knows we had some web developer issues (as in he disappeared and flaked out). You would think finding someone else that is awesome with wordpress would be an easy thing, but it's not.

Sorry, I've not hardly ever used WordPress. I could do one in Drupal though

I do basic wordpress sites, and I know plenty of very good WordPress developers. Would you like some names?

I need someone very familiar with wordpress. Having the ordering of tickets via a widget etc. and not handled by my site but Paypal ultimately etc., seems to be part of the issue.

Yes please. But I am done working with small fry people on this I really need someone good.

I have 20 people so far and about 20 invoices out for people that want their bosses to pay.

I will be purchasing a Theme and having it customized. I do not want a fully customized one off website. That is what happened this time and of course I got screwed over.
If anyone wants to help I would love some

SquareSpace is not a good option for any buyer, awesome for the seller though. I am very happy with the protections on both sides of things that Paypal offers that I will not switch from there.

Huh? SquareSpace is a website building platform, not a payment service. Also, lots of people HATE PayPal.

When it comes to online payments, I always trust paypal. Just got my money back from Cloud Academy; I posted this link about Cloud Academy 1 month access with a promo code and they charged my card by mistake!
Logged a complaint via paypal, got the refund second day! -

I have talked to a few business owners and consumers as well. Square is another option (why Aaron's post confused me) and that screws over the buyer and gives them no options for refunds without mailing the customer a check.
Paypal I have used for years from both sides of the fence and have been as happy as you can be with any service.
