WebEx experiencing Global Issues

WebEx is experiencing global issues that started yesterday afternoon and spread from there. There is no ETA on the resolution, but many sites are effected.
Our primary site appears to be out, our other sites don't appear to be effected.
Integrated phone service from vendors like PGI are effected only in that WebEx says "You are experiencing technical issues please call back in" over and over.

So our service appears to be restored.
Also WebEx is now directing calls to "Due to high call volume we can't answer you call, please try again later." and than they hang up.
So there is that...
