Though, I still don't consider the homepage very useful.
I like SW's scrolling page of threads to groups that I belong to as well as people I've subscribed to. Once the post count per day/hour become so high that I can't go through them all, that's the only way I'll really see new threads. And with the lack separate groups here I'm not sure how it's going to work.

And it appears to be a bit faster for me too, though that may just be a placebo effect (or time of day). I do like this much better.
