Europe of North America, aka America's hat, aka Canukistan. Specifically just north west of Seattle.
Youtube and dropbox both will devour stuff faster than we can upload it

Which CA, The US CA or the real CA?
US CA is a big famous for being the worst of ISPs in the US. San Fran especially just sucks.

I wouldn't say "blazing", but it got alot faster since I moved away from Bell
Right now I am on a 100/10 connection.
