Go into your WIndows DNS server, and look for the owncloud host in there.

That's fine. You need to override the full FQDN, you can't just make onecloud.riverview.local, that won't solve the issue.

That's good, but it isn't a problem in this case. Our fix here will continue to work as that is done and that doesn't hold us back now.
