            That is pet water. The human version is Pocari Sweat and is a mineral/sports drink like Gatorade and such. The katakana directly below the word sweat on the label reads "petto suetto"
            I cannot clearly make out the in kana in the little bubble after the word pet.

                Yes, it is designed for pets.
