HA HA HA HA HA.... No worries @Mike-Ralston does have his last name listed @art_of_shred doesn't easy to confuse. Though @Mike-Ralston is probably horrified at the mistake

Sites like this and others are great places to find your dream employer. I know this is/and others are where I shop around.

I've got some free beer tokens if you ever visit London.
-
So the question is @Minion-Queen did you always plan to work for your self, and have your spouse (@art_of_shred ) work with / for you?
Was it just by chance, how did the circumstances come to happen that you have the "correct employer" (yourself) and you work with your family?

Careful she might be facing child labor laws if this gets any worse..... lol

So posting here would be the right place... although not so much if you are looking for a new job discretely.

It just happened. This is my second go around with NTG, but first time I am in charge. Looking for people I can trust to work for me is not easy. I have hired lots of duds (horrible horrible duds) in my quest to find the perfect team. @art_of_shred love being together almost 24/7. We have no issue working with one another, who better to trust and work with?
@Mike-Ralston has been on the path to working on computers for a long time. I doubt he would be working for an MSP as of yet but has had the opportunity to intern and now work full time. I can trust him and I know where he lives and how to torture him if he is a pain. He has also learned how I want things done and doesn't have bad habits from anywhere else to break.

Posting publicly might not be the best if trying to be discrete. But many have connections at their current day job or other jobs they might know about. So sending PM's to others in the industry is a good idea let them help you look. That is how I got my current job @scottalanmiller referred me to the COO at one point in time. He got me in here

How many people here we're able to drink at 18, and then not when the law changed to require you to be 21....
So @Minion-Queen the follow up question is if this is your second go with NTG and you in charge, was the company a bad fit for a time? What caused this to be the second time.
Is the relationship better between NTG and yourself and @art_of_shred now with this second go?

The first time around I needed to take time off to raise my then very young son. We decided to home school so working was not an option for years. When we came back from the mission field @art_of_shred worked for him self and I needed to do something to earn some $$ as well. So Scott let me know about an opening.
