Citrix Embargo with the EU

Citrix support has responded and is going to get me the files that I need manually. They don't manage their own site and the third party that does has identified issues with some Windows patches causing it to happen (not my issue) and some other false positives in their system.

Yeah. But the director of the program jumped on it herself and they are all over it. So good response to a weird problem.
