To phish your users. Then you have a sit down and talk with them about opening emails from unknown sources.

Hey look it's a bare link on a forum. It looks like it leads to a system that tests people's susceptibility to phishing attacks.
Can someone forward this thread to Alanis Morrisette as an example of irony?

Or you could just use KnowBe4's free (for fewer than 100 employees) phishing test.

I've had this done to me at a company. I passed, but got to watch someone from the Windows Admin team go through a public lecture of not understanding security. That was rough. I'm pretty sure that he was crying. They didn't fire him that day, but that was pretty much the end.
