Failed to Fetch LXDE PPAs on Linux Mint 17.2

Hi Guys,
I followed this link in order to add the LXDE ppa in Linux Mint to install it.

However, now when I run an update I get the following error:
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/lxde/ppa/ubuntu/dists/trusty/main/source/Sources 404 Not Found
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/lxde/ppa/ubuntu/dists/trusty/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/lxde/ppa/ubuntu/dists/trusty/main/binary-i386/Packages 404 Not Found
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Have these been updated? Thanks for any help

Maybe your package repo is out of date, I tried this just now on my Mint desktop and it worked fine... but the direct links that you show do not exist.

Try this then try the ppa add command again...

sudo apt-get update
