We are without one this year. But it is our tree that the in laws erect.

my boss told the other day that his kids came up to him last year and said "dad, we are old enough that you dont have to decorate like crazy for christmas." He said it's not for you. It's for your mom

We're crazy Christmas decorators in my house as well! We tend to keep it simple with a gold and white tree

Uggh... I've already heard way too much Christmas music and we are only 4 days into December. My wife has her tree up and decorated but it is extremely tiny this year. I will see if I can't get a picture of it tonight.

My kids decorated our tree at their cousins' house yesterday. Pictures soon, I hope. I wasn't there to see it yet.

I'm closing on my new house and moving on the 21st so it's unlikely I'll decorate at either house this year sadly.

@Jason I would make a mad dash and look like a psycho just to get the Christmas stuff up. solely to give the neighbors a first impression of a psycho.
