While showering to get ready for dinner, the four year old slipped and fell in the tiled shower. All tile, big shower. Her feet went out backwards and she went face first onto the floor. There was much crying.

Ouch.

We are back from dinner. The Hotel Plaza Colon's "restaurant" turned out to have no food at all contrary to their advertising. So we went across the park to El Arcangel at the Gran Francia where the food is fantastic. I had coconut shrimp, Dominica had red snapper on bananas.

Found out that in the past two months, I've dropped almost 20 lbs! I'm only 30 lbs away from my target weight and 50 lbs from my completely ideal weight! However, I don't care about the weight but really more the BMI. My plan, both to feel and look better, is to start weight-training. Six months of me hitting the gym, I'll drop a ton of fat, build a ton of muscle, and probably have put some buffets out of business...I forsee this in my future...
