Convert Hyper-V VM to XenServer

Does anyone have a process to do this, I'm looking to do a few test and am curious if this is even recommended.

You probably cannot do a V2V but will need to just fall back to a P2V for that one.

Not really too big of a deal, V2V doesn't make that much of a difference. If any, really.

How could V2V make much if any difference vs P2V?

In theory it could be faster of a conversion.

I think that sticking to standard P2V processes would be just fine.
