But it hurts for an Employee.
Why they dont think that every person have feelings in them?

You don't get to be a bank owner by worrying about people's feelings.

If you were the owner, would you honestly care about the feelings of your employees? Or would you find another employee who doesn't care about the words coming from your mouth?

Exactly... If I owned a bank, I would always be busy with my hot wife and giant pile of money.

If I am the owner I would not use bad words to my employee for just completing the task for concerned time

If I had an employee who I instructed that something needed to be done by a certain time, and that job was completed late, I might just fire them.

And then use bad words to top it off.

Employees generally are uncomfortable around the boss. Because the boss isn't your friend, he's their boss.

Get your job done, and get out of the way. And if there's a time limit, work faster.

I accept if the boss is like the neighbour person the work will be done soon without any hesitation and the employee-employer relation will be good in future
