@bsouder There is a story behind that that isn't going to go public yet. LOL

I do remember now Buffalo was doing that. On Newegg, a lot of the Netgears/Linksys routers even say "DD-WRT compatible" nowadays. It's just so much better than any manufacturer's firmware. Been using for 5-6 years now. I love it! It kicks the crap out of Tomato.

    • RE: WC question

Primer isn't really necessary. Using an extra coat of paint accomplishes the same thing. Primer is an illusion most of the time on interior walls. Unless you're going from brick red to eggshell, and even then, you don't need primer overall.

@hubtech Ah, ok. Got it. Very nice! So, in a way, is it RHEL's version of Sharepoint?

It says it can transfer apps. Umm...how? I'd be curious to know exactly what they mean by that.

PaaS? What is the P? It's something as a service.

Buffalo NASes are pretty good although I have only limited experience with them. If your routers hardware is fine but the firmware sucks, flash it with dd-wrt. I swear by that. Take a $30 router and unlock capabilities of a $300 router. If you've already decommed 'em, why not try it on one?

Very nice! Could we replace the arrows with a mango and a rotten mango? They'd have to make the buttons bigger though.

This could be interesting to look into. When they releases 7, they had a file transfer tool that worked pretty well but was kinda slow. I'd be curious to know how this stands up.

    • RE: WC question

Semi-gloss is good stuff. Flat is not a good idea in pretty much any case. High-gloss for a bathroom you will not like. Too much shine for such a small space. A good earth tone for a bathroom is nice. Avoid darker colors. As much as I'm a winter, a spring/summer color is better for smaller spaces unless you do a two-tone room. But semi-gloss is your best bet. High-gloss is not really necessary.

Couldn't it be called "At the Bar" or something?
