At Least they have got rid of tiles though, another pointless addition that was that was thrown in from the mistake of windows 8.

RE: So Windows 11??
@black3dynamite I actually have a windows licence on this machine, but moved over to linux because I'm more productive on it. I can leave it on without it forcing me to reboot or waiting forever for updates to install. I dsilike the start menu in windows 10 and half settings in control panel and other half in settings. even changing the network adapter is more clicks then it was in windows 7. the days of just right clicking and going to properties, and I dont see Ctrl + Run netcpl.cpl as productive. Linux just does updates better. both the first and 2nd feature updates killed my machine. and now bringing back widgets...fuck that's not innovation.

What are your thoughts? at least they got rid of the tiles, can't stand them in Win10.
They are saying updates are going to be 40% lighter, We will see about that and they are going to allow win32 exe apps inside the store with android. Be interesting to see if they have moved more of the control panel items.WHAT? Windows 10 was their last Windows they said. They also said that artificial sweeteners were safe, WMDs were in Iraq and Anna Nicole Smith married for love.
lmfao

RE: Office chair suggestions?
It's mad how important computer chairs are for us who use computers daily. I like material chairs, but not too soft.

Reminds me of the break and fix shop I worked at in the early 00's. We also had cd's of xp,home pro etc hanging off the walls as well. They were the days.

RE: Fast/painless remote access
Get meshcentral setup, won't take too long to get it up and running, then it will be easier to just add machines to if you need to later on.
