Hold the phone... machines I have been pinging and sshpass'ing from are on a different network using OpenVPN. I ssh'd into a machine and can ping all the 8's and 9's just fine!

Yeah, our entire other workload is on Vultr, the PBX is the last thing standing at Rackspace and it kills me every time I approve the invoice. I'll have to dig up that tool where you can migrate from another system to a new system.
