Windows XP sp2 keep getting BSoD with error c000021a and rebooting. On safe mode, windows works fine, no rebooting. According to what i looked for, there should be a faulty software or driver causing this issue; how can i know what is that faulty software? i need to solve this without formatting the PC.
any suggestions?

Hello,
one of the client computers on my network (that is not a part of the domain) suddenly showing a new user on logon screen called: "User"
and there's no other user (the old user) available to switch user to login.
the new "User" is asking for a password and no one knows what it is.
I don't know if the end user (the employee) did anything and messed up the PC. but i need to solve this without formatting as this PC is for the Chairman and has valuable data on it.

any ideas?

btw, when i finished the openfire installation, it asked me to put an admin account, but when i try to login to the admin portal it keeps saying the user or password is wrong. any way to reset it from cmd?
