So the CDR reports stopped working after Feb 4, those are the last entries that are properly shown. That same day a client asked us to install Asternic CDR Reports to give the trial install a test. The install went without any apparent errors and it was left for the client to register for the trial.

Something must have gone wrong do to the asteriskcdrdb:cdr, since now that I am checking the logs do to the client reporting no entries show up either on asternic or the regular cdr reports I get this:

Client reports Asternic Reports never worked for them, so I have gone a head and removed it, but still get the same errors.

Any ideas how to the the cdr logging to the db working again?

Python has configparser which handles this files, INI files.

Just to chip in on it, I have confirmed with our users the emails are once again accessible via Outlook Web for them. So I did tell the t2 escalation engineer he could close the ticket.

Just got the reply from an Level 2 Escalation Engineer:

This is an known issue with office 365. Our escalation team is working on this issue.
As of now we don’t have any ETA when the issue will resolved.
Once we receive any update from the escalation team I will let you know the same.

So same thing, they are still working on the issue.

Microsoft will try to replicate the issue in their lab and we will probably be escalated from the India team to the US one since they still can't figure out the issue we are experiencing. Spent a great part of the day yesterday on the call with them but still nothing., thought I do have the say the support tech assigned was pretty great to work with .

1:30 hr call with Microsoft and still going. They still can't figure out the issue =(

Its actually Upload default server core, when the terminal has gotten stuck for me, I have cleared the core and then upload the default server core to get it to work again properly without rebooting the machine.

Clearing the core gets only General, Events and Console tabs and loading the default loads all the rest.

Maybe it helps in this case as well.

@scottalanmiller from the console tab try to reload the default core values to see if the other tabs get reloaded.Don't remember the exact name but it's something like that.

@gjacobse Yeah it must more than an 1hr now, permission where set properly before and no change has been made. The issue only started happening today.

Users only have E1 licenses so only Outlook Web for them

Users have been reporting that when trying to open up emails from public folders from Outlook Web, they keep getting the following error:

They can see the email subject but the contents of the emails is not available.

Any idea what could be causing this or if it is some sort of Office 365 error.

There is, we have a bug report open about it. Causes some issues with some clients.

It not actually the chat, we didn't use the chat on many of the machines that had the popup.

I'm wondering if I had tried to test it during the install last night but it only alerted today.

It could be but again not the cause, Ylian also mentioned he started seeing the popup yesterday. So probably something on the new builds triggers it.

There is not like screen connect that a small chat window pops up, rather it tries to open a webpage with the chat url.
