Any of you guys with more polycom experience have been able to configure the parking lots from a (freepbx/vitalpbx) asterisk server In a single key BLF key?

But it doesn't appear to do anything when pressing it. I did find this document https://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP-SIP-Phones/FAQ-Setting-up-a-Call-Park-Feature-using-an-Asterisk-Server/td-p/73565 which it appears to show that it can only be done by transfering to the call parking extension and not directly to the slots but not sure if this still applies as the document is from 2015.

That worked, installing the Runtime from the ISO fixed the dll error and copying over the sql.ini file allowed the client app to properly reach the databaes.

What client? something on mobile?

Rules were set on OWA, targetting specific keywords on emails that was why not all emails where trying to get forwarded. Account was indeed compromised.

Oh just seen they were caused by an auto reply. Just disable auto replies to that domain and g2g.

Not sure what is causing it yet really, I cant seem to find any autoreply or rule enabled.

@Dashrender No, incoming email is regular email no traces of this [email protected] address on incoming mail.

@Dashrender Screenshot in OP is the log from the trace on the user's account trying to send to [email protected], its failing but it is trying to.

Doesn't seem to be any rule on the mailbox but the default ones:

So currently checking a user's account whos been getting Non-Delivery Reports for emails he hasn't been sending himself or replying to himself. This is caused by publicity email coming into his mailbox which appears to trigger some sort of autoreply to this mail address [email protected].

The user's main method of access to his mail is via his Ipad and iPhone. He does have a windows machine which in the first instance I believe was the culprit, but he doesn't have any email clients there. Whenever he needs to use the laptop he logs in via OWA from his browser and he pretty much never really uses the machine.

From within Office 365 admin and exchange consoles, I don't see anything that would be set to forward emails or autoreply to specific ones. We have already reset the account's password and it still keeps happening.

Does anyone have an idea of what other things to check to avoid this happening?

For now, I have set a mail flow route targetted at this recipient so the user doesn't get the NDR emails while we try to dig up was is actually happening.

Red Agent tag set via :

Blue Tags are set via the webpage

@Ylian, Quick question what is the agent tag supposed to be used for? I see I can set it via the -tag:xxx after triggering a full install from the cli but since I cant find a way from the GUI to filter for it, I am not sure what it is for.

@scottalanmiller Creating a clean new user profile has been working on some of the machines.

Also add the changes to a config.gateway.json file in the controller to changes directly made on the USG don't get deleted on next provision.

As @Dashrender mentions, we do need to dmz the usg or forward the required ports.

We would also need to use the external site ip as authentication ID for the VPN, so something like this:

set vpn ipsec site-to-site peer peer's-public-ip authentication id local-public-ip

Yep choosing an https mirror seems to be working.

Still getting the issue it doesn't work if I choose a single mirror to download from. Super odd

We have a client with an Edge Router Lite FW version 2.0.8 which is having issues with the L2TP VPN. Clients can properly connect to the VPN and get an IP but after the first few seconds of being connected access to the file servers start getting timeouts, web browsing basically either doesn't work or slows so much it's really not usable. A router reboot fixes whatever is causing the issue for some days, but I would really like to figure out how to resolve this without doing a reboot.

I have restarted the vpn services but that doesn't seem to fix the issue.

I can't seem to find anything outside of the ordinary in the logs that would help. Only thing weird is this when the vpn is having the issues ksoftirqd/0 and 1 start using most of the CPU:

Any ideas?
