@Ylian, Quick question what is the agent tag supposed to be used for? I see I can set it via the -tag:xxx after triggering a full install from the cli but since I cant find a way from the GUI to filter for it, I am not sure what it is for.

What client? something on mobile?

Rules were set on OWA, targetting specific keywords on emails that was why not all emails where trying to get forwarded. Account was indeed compromised.

That worked, installing the Runtime from the ISO fixed the dll error and copying over the sql.ini file allowed the client app to properly reach the databaes.

Any of you guys with more polycom experience have been able to configure the parking lots from a (freepbx/vitalpbx) asterisk server In a single key BLF key?

I did find this document https://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP-SIP-Phones/FAQ-Setting-up-a-Call-Park-Feature-using-an-Asterisk-Server/td-p/73565 which it appears to show that it can only be done by transfering to the call parking extension and not directly to the slots but not sure if this still applies as the document is from 2015.

Getting a strange issue, with my PJSIP trunks all of a sudden. They are SKyetel pjsip trunkgs and they have been working perfectly fine for the last weeks but all of sudden I get the following in the logs:

[2020-03-04 14:33:47] WARNING[16477] res_pjsip_endpoint_identifier_ip.c: Identify 'bf' points to endpoint 'bf' but endpoint could not be found

If I do a pjsip show endpoints in the cli the trunk is not there. As if no trunk was configured, nothing I seem to do makes me be able to recover the ability of the trunk to properly create a pjsip endpoint and the trunk is basically completely down.

Found the issue and fixed it.

There were some extra entries in the default pjsip profile which were the culprit. The entries were there since quite a few versions back and hadn't caused any sort of issue with the trunks until we updated yesterday. Even after reverting to the previous working version, the trunks wouldn't get properly created until I found the extra entries and removed them. After that, the endpoints are created and the trunks are up once again.

I have seen this twice and I just had to use a third party PDF printer, couldn't get the Microsoft one to work again. Both machines where on the latest Windows 10 version when it happened, so maybe a version update could bring it back.

Check if the error is present by by visiting Help-> About Avimark.

If you confirm the error is showing follow the steps:

• Close Avimark

• Find the Avimark shortcut in the desktop, right click and open its properties.
  

• In the target section add /regserver to the Avimark link and click ok to save the change.
  

• Right click on the Avimark shortcut and run it as an ADMINISTRATOR
  

• Let it run for a bit (1-2 min), nothing will appear to be happening but it really is.

• Right click the shortcut again, go into properties and remove the added /regserver to the target field (returning the shortcut to the original state).

• Open up Avimark again and the error should be gone and the machine will be printing again.

Creating an ADR for windows updates but getting 0X87d20417 error, we have tried recreating the rules and restarting the different services, but no matter what we still see that error.

Here is the search criteria for the updates

PatchDownloader.log is showing:

DownloadUpdateContent() failed with hr=0x80041013

The general configuration file is helpful in automatic configuration deployment of a large number of terminals. For example, only a general configuration file F0V00X600000.cfg carrying firmware parameters needs to be placed on the automatic configuration server to automatically deploy firmware for 1000 X6 terminals.

@Dashrender thanks I had totally missed that section of the pdf. Adding the Auto Image Url option, to the F0V0X5U00000.cfg did get the phone to properly upgrade the firmware automatically.

Just got access to the machine, first thing I see is the delete folder with 19k+ emails

She says she has had the folder with all those emails for a while and that trouble just started yesterday for her.

Trying to figure out why a user account is constantly getting disabled in Azure. The site has AD sync running, the local AD user is not disabled but the audit logs in azure shows the sync is sending the Disable Account attribute change for some reason.

Any idea what else to check to get a better understanding of why this could be happening.

Shouldn't the BadLogonCount raise if bad passwords were tried?

@dbeato No signing attempts at all during the weekend, but the account is still getting disabled and enabled on its own as shown in the azure audit logs.

@hobbit666 You mean issues talking about the whole controller or using the api clients? The api clients where not meant to be used directly in the controller.

My personale controller is still on Debian 9, and my desktop is Kubuntu 20.04, this is where I connected from using unificontrol

Try disabling the Predial Feature - Phone Settings -> Features -> Enable Pre-Dial.

@JasGot why doesn't PJSIP work on them? They should really register just fine using PJSIP. SIP is not supposed to be really anymore on asterisk based systems, its deprecated.
