@quixoticjeremy GreenMan Gaming sent me a coupon for 27% off which brought it down to $21 so I figured that was worth it.
Allegedly it hit the third spot on the rankings of most played games on steam, beating out gta5 and a few other major titles. (just can't seem to catch CS:GO and one other I can't remember). So picking up a game like that for under 30 is a steal.

I set a filter to limit what I see in the machine list to just two primary areas - that which I deal with directly.
Seeing the next / previous buttons at the bottom I cycled through - and hitting previous 'one to many times' leaves the machine list blank. Clicking next does return to content.
Yep this actually is a side effect of the new release to dashboard (which incidentally was never posted about). You will see a fix for this in the next release!

The owner of the one server group will on occasion ask for uptime, with the filter (that I have set - awesome feature BTW), I could take a screen shot of it and email it. Server name and uptime all in one image.
Ah! Now this I could see. Let me think it through though. Trying to keep the front page to basic information so that it doesn't get too crowded (it was astronomically crowded before). This is a good point though. Let me get back to you on this.

People who complain about piss poor system performance, with up time of 45 days on their desktop. . .

Mabye Sodium shuld have an "auto reboot on complaint" feature.
Personally I think I should implement a workflow that when a complaint is registered through the external portal via a ticket the first step that happens is the workflow auto restarts the user's machine. lmao

upon every data collection hit a method that gens a random number between 1 and 100, if number is above 50 restart.
So pretty good odds of rebooting a server that puts in an alert notification. . .

It would be really nice if we could share links directly to tickets and assets with people. That way when I am working with someone I could just grab the ticket link and give it to them in a IM session or email and they could go straight there, no extra effort. This is a really good point, I can understand that. Maybe we can sneak this in on one of the releases tonight.

Yep and that's definitely the direction this will head. This release in particular was just getting the foundation of avatars in place but it will be used all over the place eventually.

It actually is very important, with the incorrect comp name you aren't going to be able to login. Machines get tied to companies so that you only view your machines and this was the tenant system used so that multiple accounts could be placed under a single company. This will likely be revamped later on as we had already been on the fence about this approach to begin with but for now it keeps things secure and leaves everyone able to only view their machines.

Nope sorry, our goal is to actually be useful and actually listen to feature requests people want. Which you can see them being implemented daily. Just trying to create something that will actually be useful to IT admins.

Good to know, and good that you already have a plan to move away from it. I can only imagine the fun a hacker would have
Ultimately using complexity/abstraction for the purpose of security is never the end goal. Proper encryption/security techniques should accomplish this (which we already do). My end goal is I want to do two factor authentication which will happen eventually.
