@scottalanmiller since we both live in Texas, can you help me understand your position on the racism part of admission? I honestly dont know about it. I was 50th in my class of 98, so I never bothered applying. Went the community college route. No one that i know has applied to a state university. I attended UNT but do not recall the admission requirements. If this is true I will petition my local representatives to cease and desist. Racist systems truly have to be stopped. I want to be part of the solution.

yet another COVID Curveball - which I agree with even if it screws me completely over ;
Public Schools are 100% remote learning- My son's district will more than likely follow suit and go remote only as well.Which screws me cause I dont have a a daycare to that extent that will also teach him the things he needs to know
When you say Daycare, how old would your son be? Pre-K?
Kindergarten
My wife is a teacher and we are in a similar boat. Mine are older but still need someone home to make sure they are productive. I am fortunate to work for a company that allows me to work from home. Does your place of employment have this capability?
They let me in the past, but it doesn't look like they will allow that again - They only did because we were so much slower at the time.
You could bring the little one up to your work with a Chrome book. It may or may not help them decide. Either way they will have forced your hand. You gave them the most reasonable solution, so the ball is in their court. If they do not like the current situation they can come up with a different one.
I do realize this may not be feasible, I am telling you exactly what i would "like" to do in your situation.

do what I did and turn off all traffic shaping on your Meraki
Or go a step better and just replace the Meraki with Unifi! Save money and fix the problem, all in one go.
Soon as the boss retires, that is absolutely in the plan.

Traffic shaping issues.
Can I get some advice on traffic shaping for office 365. It appears that when I run check for updates in MS word it appears to get caught up in our traffic shaping net. I have tried the canned meraki office365 bypass filter, adding the ip address of the server, adding the /24 of the vlan. I have spent several hours reading and trying to find a way to sniff out what is happening to no avail, just more confusion.
Thank you,

Who do you use?
Creditcardadillo
Never heard of em .
They have a web hosting division named Hostadillo
And a telephony business called Talkadillo.
And a Brazilian Cafe and Guitar Store, Picadillo.

New South Wales erosion: Huge swells leave homes at risk of collapse
Huge waves have pummelled the Australian state of New South Wales, eroding some coastal areas and putting homes at risk of collapse.
In beach suburbs to the north of Sydney, residents lost decks and fences as the surf lapped at the edge of properties. Authorities say they have recorded waves as high as 11m (36ft) this week off the city's coastline. The wild surf has been caused by a strong low pressure system. On Friday, the Bureau of Meteorology (Bom) re-issued a "hazardous" surf warning for the state's entire 2,100km (1,300-mile) coastline.Sounds like some builders ignored their erosions studies, or didn't do them.

Erosion deniers. LOL
Nope. Gotta be Trumps fault somehow.

@Grey Wow, so much hate. It's not good for the mind nor body. Not saying you are right or wrong. Doesn't matter. Seriously. Examine where it is coming from. Your family will love you for it. They deserve it.

Red Rock... which I was not a fan of so not a big deal. It wasn't bad, just not my vibe.
And Fox and Hound... which had a great beer selection and we used frequently.
Fox and Hound, I believe i have been there. Red Rock, not on my radar. Me my brother and my Nephew frequent the flying saucer in Las Collinas off of Denton tap and 635. Have you "if it is still there" been to the Ginger Man off Knox and Henderson? Love that place. Ahhhh the memories, my liver just tingles thinking about it.
Loved Ginger Man, but it is also where I saw the most Texas roaches. They had wings. One attempted to fly under my kilt. Fuck that patio forever.
'Yep, I believe at one time they were in the running for the state bird. The construction crane won the competition though.

Being very impressed with my first time (that i am aware of) working with an ARM processor. These things are slick! Gotta dig into the history and what the future is. I remember vaguely about discussions involving RISC based cpu's and that they were the wave of the future back in the early 90's. Wish i would have paid more attention. It is in a surface pro x.
