Yes, it is. First we are discussing desired hardware and software configuration, then we are doing the most part of configuration on our end, shipping it to the customers datacenter, and then finishing up the configuration. I`m assuming that we are talking about the HycperConverged Appliance

@LAH3385 on my experience that happens due to some not obvious, but really tiny misconfiguration. Like wrong partitioning, not configured MPIO, etc.
It's not like I do want to highjack this thread, but it would be much easier for me to resolve this if we could jump on the remote session. Is that actually possible? If so, then let's schedule one (email me to [email protected]) and me or you, or both of us gonna post an update for the community after. Do we have a deal?:)

I previosuly used Thunderbird, and I liked it, but recently we moved to Outlook (Office 365), and it looks OK for me as well.

So basically if the primary location will suffer from rats or cockroaches (I had few customers with such experience ), then you`ll stay with no data and a lot of insects.
