can someone help to migrate zimbra 8.5 to zimbra 8.5?? same OS but primary zimbra is in vmware and we need to migrate to cloud (AWS,Azure) but i need zimbra accounts same password when we migrate..

@dbeato yes for set of users and few users can send to any domain no restriction....

present we have setuped zimbra on yourmail.in and domain is hosted outside our premises
need to setup account from sending emails to only one domains (yourdomain.com and restrict all domains (Gmail,yahoo,hotmail, etc)

@IRJ i can give him the access to webgui its working for root login as we have other VM's which is not related to his department ... am just trying to give me a same webgui access with limited function...

but the user who needs access to VM is using linux, but i cant give him admin access..
i can only give him access to particular VM where he can restart,shutdown and suspend.

i dont have Vcenter...

i need to assign roles to normal user where he can access the VM's using webui.
am using esxi 6.0 can someone help me.. also i dont have vcenter...

how to add external email address in zimbra GAL ,
example i have a zimbra email server ([email protected]) . i have lot of external email id's like gmail,hotmail, the list goes on.. can i save external email address in my address book but everyone need same external email address.. can i update in GAL.. so everyone can get the same email id's in their address book ??
