Hello all who actually gives a....well you know. With the help of all of you, I actually figured out what was the other issue. My Data 1 file was corrupted. I since then fixed it and now I"m happy. Once again thank you for all the love you shared with me on this venture. I'm sure I'll be picking all of you brains again. Thank you so much!

I spoke too soon guys. premeditated. Although it's not stating that I need sp2 any more. Now it's stating that it didn't install completely and there is a error summary file. I don't get it. All I needed was Acrobat. Something simple!

I really do love all you guys! When you guys spoke about the compatibility mode I checked it and it was stuck on Vista. So I changed it to 7 and Whalaa! Thank you all for being on my team. I hope I'm smart enough in something to help you guys figure something out. Thank you so much.

I've had CS6 since XP. Now that I'm trying to put it on Win 7 it's a problem.

That's cold @nadnerB. lol! I have this computer offline as my lab computer. I have to find a good offline updater package. Maybe that will help or uninstall and reinstall sp1.

Based on what you told me about the sp, I have a feeling it's an Adobe issue. I already have sp1 on my windows 7.

Thanks guys for trying to come to my rescue. @nadnerB I can get to my web interface, but when I go to web services tab states "To Enable Web Services, go to your printer screen, touch the icon and follow the instructions to complete the Web Services setup." Just another ploy to buy another printer. I rarely touch the touch screen. Maybe that's why it's trip'n cause I don't touch it enough and show affection. Grrrrr!
What if I disassemble it? Could it be a matter of a loose cable related to the screen?

I was able to get to the menu to reset my printer, but when I get on to the screen to select a language I get no response from the printer. Any help is appreciated. My printer is an Officejet 6500a.

Sorry everyone for a late response. Just been dealing with some family health crisis. As far as the personal files. I've learned that the IT team has locked down everything via group policies. My girl has to ask permission to do almost anything she needs to do for work. As for the type of Exchange server they are hosting, I don't know. I'm sure they're not going to give me that info. lol! Thank you for your support and feed back on the matter.
