Never on call, all after hours/weekend work is usually OT, and my boss is super cool about the whole thing. He lets me make up hours after the fact instead of making me use PTO, which is great. Plus he is very technical and can handle anything when I'm not here.

Boss: How far are you from the office?

Me: I am in the office...

Normal working hours here are from 8AM to 5PM EST, however I am almost always working past 5PM, sometimes as late as 9PM.

Stupid sh*t like this makes me feel like they have no respect from my time... They are perfectly happy to let me work past 5PM, but show up 5 minutes late, and it's a big deal...

Keep in mind I am salary so no additional pay...
