+1 for this idea. Here we have check list and we required to login ( HANDOVER CHECKLIST) all the issues and how they resolved the problem.

Since the time that this thread was originally posted, I learned Italian and then Spanish. I've mostly lost the Italian, but I speak Spanish every day now.
