I'd recommend a wiki. You can make a template easily in a text file and just copy paste into the wiki to start a new page if the wiki doesn't have templates built in.

What do you keep in the wiki (or wherever) for clients and in what order? That's what she is looking for. Something standard that we should have for all clients.

We are service providers and have to keep track of network notes for our clients(passwords, network config, IP address, etc). Is there a template that any one has that will help me track all the information in a standardized format?
