I don't trust a lot of people on Craigslist. I've only done a couple things with CL. One was apply for a job where the employer was trying to pay me right away before even starting. I NOPED out of there. The other was for a purchase, I brought the burliest man I could find to talk to the guy, I sat in the car and we met during the day in a Rite-Aid parking lot on the busiest street possible.

RE: What Are You Doing Right Now
Just got a chai tea latte with 2 espresso shots. Never tried chai tea. It's pretty good.

I assume that yours was set up with Gravatar as your account was new enough that I assume that there was no other option? If you log into Gravatar, what does it show you?
Trying to work on the Gravatar account now. Although the picture still shows that it is linked to my email and it is selected. I think I am missing something.

RE: Water solutions for your home
Water softeners are a perfect discussion for the Water Closet!

RE: Notifications now hyper? Or just me
@Breffni-Potter I replied to the same post and I didn't have an avalanche of notifications like this. It used to do, but now it's opposite. No settings have been changed by me.

This is fun news! I'd love to check out the ads and see if Waterford can test one or two or more out!

I got a ridiculous manchego - chorizo sammy from this truck at a festival in the spring.... daaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn.
This looks amazing! I loved pulled pork grilled cheese sandwiches! And mac'n'cheese bites! I know we're not talking about macaroni, but it has cheese!! Sometimes, they will put pulled pork or bacon in it if you're lucky

RE: The Great MangoLassi Grilled Cheese Throwdown
Mine would never make it in to a competition because I'd eat my entry. I'm even horrible at Food Porn pics because I eat it as soon as it touches down! No time to pull out the phone, get the right lights and angle. GET IN MY BELLY! Only exception to make me pause is when waiting for everyone to get their food.

RE: What days work best for you?
Wednesday through Friday, so I can "travel" on Tuesday and hang out with the early birds! Then closing ceremonies on Saturday.

RE: Hulu and Netflix Streaming Devices
@scottalanmiller said:
We used to do that but after starting to travel we are forced to unify our devices for space and weight reasons and doing so tends to cause a bigger one time investment but seems to pay off in a happier overall experience.
I don't do a lot of long term traveling. Plus moving from my mom's house to an apartment was only a 30 mile drive away. Driving back and forth on the weekends to pick up more of my things isn't an issue. This discussion is awesome because I love learning about product trends.

RE: Hulu and Netflix Streaming Devices
I'm learning so much from this thread. I am probably the most inefficient when it comes to streaming. I have a gen 1 Apple TV that I use for Netflix primarily. I use an Xbox One for Amazon Prime and my computer for Hulu. Yes, Apple TV has Hulu, but I have not found a need yet for a Hulu account so I use it free to watch current episodes of Master Chef.
I don't mind switching platforms as I need to. Am I weird for that?

RE: Do you find a tablet useful for work?
@Minion-Queen said:
Most of them are sales people so that is their main machine. In the main office they have the docks for them and big monitors etc. to connect them to. They really like them for their portability.
I understand using tablets in sales when you are on the go, but it is hard for me to imagine docking the tablet while at the office. I've always had an iPad or tablet for on-the-go purposes. In real estate, I use a laptop for searching, initial set up and forms and the tablet for field work (property details and pictures, comps, maps, etc). At Waterford, we use tablets for off-site demos (at trade shows, client lunches, events and such). We don't always use it, but it can definitely be useful for when someone needs to see a quick visual on email and file archiving. The tablet is easier to hand over rather than a laptop.

RE: Learning to program
Code Academy or Treehouse https://teamtreehouse.com/ is another good one. I've used this one and its easy to learn from. Code Academy I believe is free (signed up just haven't used). Treehouse is about $25/month

When is the anticipated date for MangoCon?
