Finally I created 10 rooms.
I'd like to have created a single resource with a capacity of 10 but It only allow reserve it to one person.
It's really limited how resources and rooms work in Exchange

Due to Covid, we have limited access in the office dining room.
The dining room allows 10 people simultaneously.
My idea is to create a room, or resource, in O365, that allows an occupancy of 10 people, but that can be reserved by 10 different employees. I don't want an employee to be able to reserve all 10 seats in the room.
O365 or Outlook allow this?
Thanks.
That's not really how resource scheduling works, you be better off having 10 individual resources which can be booked simultaneously, rather than 1 large resource.
So, have I to create 10 resources?
I'd like to create just 1 resource with a capacity of 10 people.
I don´t want create 10 resources because in Outlook is not simple to see which resources are free.
I use PRTG. https://www.paessler.com/es/prtg
Very easy to implement, You can have notifications in your smartphone.

I migrated 66 accounts from Exchange 2003 to O365, uploading the Pst to O365 cloud.
Hard work but worked very well.
The support would be in English or Spanish ? Perhaps a friend could do the job.

UBNT
For what reason? Are there any problem with Pfsense ?
Not problems, pfSense is a good product. The biggest "problem" is the lack of vertical integration with hardware. With the UBNT we get software custom made for the specific hardware, and support. So we don't have to do our own installs, and don't need random third party software. It's one, inclusive package that is well known and tested both in the field and by the vendor. pfSense is software only and as a software firewall would be at the top of my list. But we deploy hardware and the benefits are the lower cost, better supported hardware with massive supply chain are pretty impossible to beat.
And the central monitoring features of UBNT carry a lot of value. We get centralized visibility.
Thanks for your opinion, I always learn of them.

4 years ago I changed SonicWall for Pfsense.
One of the best changes I've ever done.
