Salad bar from Jason's Deli. My blood sugar was very high this morning so I need to work on dropping it over the next forever.

They have those up in Denver? I thought that that was a local Dallas thing.

We have them in ATL as well. Big chain apparently.

They look like a little local thing. I would never have guessed.

Jason's Deli was founded in Beaumont, Texas on 30 November 1976 by Joe Tortorice Jr. and his partners Rusty Coco, Pete Verde and Pat Broussard.

Joe and Rusty grew up in the food business. Their fathers owned neighborhood grocery stores in Beaumont. The original Jason's Deli location is still in operation at its original location at 112 Gateway St. The chain started franchising in 1988, with the first franchised store opened in Tucson, Arizona.

Today there are 258 locations in 28 states.[2] As of August 2008, Jason's Deli ranked #1 in annual sales in QSR Magazine's Top Ten list of restaurant groups with under 300 locations.[3] The parent company, Deli Management, Inc., owns the majority of the deli restaurants. In 2007, Jason's Deli opened a new "neighborhood deli" concept in Flower Mound, Texas with a smaller location and a slightly reduced menu.

Or use something like dropbox, placing the file in the dropbox space on the server to sync, and then wget the file.

I used my free pizza credit from Domino's tonight. They screwed up the order, but caught it during their quality check. As a result, I got two pizzas for free.

I'm hungry now and want lunch. You guys tell me where I should go! It has to be within a half mile of Havana and Arapahoe and not something expensive like a steakhouse. 😛 Tip: I've been to Dickey's, Schlotzky's and Jimmy John's this week so avoid that, eh?

Why does Cisco still use Java? OMG I hate Cisco and WebEx. Is this 2002?

Did you hear about the latest security faux pass? Apparently a lot of the WebEx plugins have dll files that will happily call programs that exist on the system. They've plugged the leaky ship, but so far have only blacklisted any domain other than WebEx.com.

I HAVE WebEx. It's just as bad as the rest of Cisco's crap. I can't believe anyone does business with Cisco voluntarily, it's so pathetic.

So, apparently, the GRT hasn't been working in BExec on our main file server and someone else put the jobs on hold so it wouldn't show as a failure, and I wasn't notified of the failures via email as normal (because no job ran) so I never bothered to look. Now someone needs a restore and I have to restore a 2tb vmdk -somewhere- so I can open it and pull out less than a gig of data. FML

I used ssls.com to but a regular certificate and it was crazy cheap, $5.

Their cheapest wildcard looks like it is $85.

Thanks. Sent this up the chain! Let's see how things go. 🍿

I had absolutely no problems with them.

In fact, I was pissed at myself I had been paying so damn much!

That's a good way to describe my boss' face. He kept asking why there was such a price difference between this and Symantec's certs since that's what the org has been using for many, many years. That led to discussions of root auth and key length, but in the end I kinda just shrugged and said that the certs were no different.

We just use LetsEncrypt and no wild cards.

Do you know if their certs will work for VMWare? The documentation I've read states that they don't have certs for anything except apache and IIS.

Jared and I use them for other things like Nginx. A very is basically a very, they aren't application specific. They don't do wild cards, but I would expect them to work on any web server.

Has anyone purchased a wildcard cert recently from a trusted authority? I need the least expensive option, as is tradition in IT.
