      Favorite part of MangoCon 2016?

Meeting everyone and getting to put faces to handles.

Least favorite part: being abruptly woken up at 3 a.m. with a camera in my face and a room full of people.

HA HAHA I forgot about that part 😛

It could always be worse... It could have been a fire alarm! Oh... wait...

Also check that VMQ is disabled on your NICS.

Check out the Disable-NetAdapterVMQ powershell commands.

So the wind just knocked out power to a UPS that runs our phone system, a XS box, and our network switches.

      Wonderful!

Good thing you have a UPS.

Yeah.... there is some back story too it....

      We're waiting... 🍿

The only Hypervisor I trust enough to install to SD cards right now is ESXi. If you're using anything else, just save yourself the headaches and install it in OBR.

ML's search feature doesn't work well at all, so if you find something you think is worth sharing -- then share away.

    • RE: Powershell - Quick question on how to get the command to export to CSV?

You could write-output the whole command something like:

write-output "my command with all the parameters here"|out-file -filepath export.csv
mycommand with all the parameters here|export-csv -path export.csv -append -notypeinformation

Or something similar (code typed on the fly, likely has a syntax error or two)

Hawaiian Airlines plane diverted over blanket row

Learned that to the brits, row means an argument.

And to some folks in the south too. Admittedly, I don't hear it often, but often enough.

I read Scott's post and was like - uhhh What? Then I checked the article.. then oh yeah this is the BBC, so it's probably like the word pissed so I googled it to make sure. yup..

      OK all good now.

I read the article title as "Plane Diverted because of 2 idiots fighting over a blanket" lol.

Head hunter called today and wanted to set up a meeting. Researched their company. WOW!!! They don't have a good online reputation.

Is it REALLY a head hunter? Or just a random staffer?

Good question. I'm not going to respond to him anymore and find out.

And in other news, headless body found outside of Superman's home. @Son-of-Jor-El is unavailable for comment at the moment. Other sources say they saw green flashes and two men wielding large swords in the vicinity.

    • RE: Active Directory - Scripting the adding/removal of users to group

Check get-aduser... You could try something like this from one of your DCs:

      get-aduser -properties DisplayName,sAMAccountName,EmailAddress -Filter "EmailAddress -like '*@domain.org'"

That will give you the list of users and their associated email.

Make sure all of your Fusion VMs are shut down. It seems that only one Hypervisor can conrol the CPU's virtualization stuff at a time.

That is what I thought as well, and did test it. But it still felt slow.

Install the guest additions in your VBox VM and see how that works.

No on my phone at the park. SW doesn't work well on phones.

I have a script of over 60 mailboxes to export from Exchange 2007, pressing Y after each one is becoming a royal pain in the ass.
I have tried putting a Y after a few lines and it didn't help. My Google foo might be weak, but any advise?

What is the command that's causing it to stop?
