RE: Test Your Site for Heartbleed
Another quick check if your servers are affected: check the installed version of openssl
Run the command: # openssl version to get the version number of openssl. If the command shows e.g.:
openssl version
OpenSSL 1.0.1e 11 Feb 2013then your server might be vulnerable as the version is below 1.0.1g. But some Linux distributions patch packages, see below for instructions to find out if the package on your server has been patched.
If your server uses a 0.9.8 release like it is used on Debian squeeze, then the server is not vulnerable as the heartbeat function has been implemented in OpenSSL 1.0.1 and later versions only.

RE: Android as a VM
I tried bluestacks before. I had a lot of problems to get my apps running ... And it needs a M$ OS to run.
If I have more time, I will see if I can get this working on VMware Workstation first.
I think the main problem is that ESX does not fully support the needed virtual hardware, yet. VMware Workstation has a lot more virtual network adaptors ... -
RE: Android as a VM
This does not work with our ESX servers ... I got Android 4.3 to start but that is all. Maybe I have to use VMware Workstation or View to get it working.

Android as a VM
My current little project is to create a VM running Android to teach employees how to use mobile apps.
I stumbled across this nice how-to: http://www.vladan.fr/how-to-install-android-kitkat-in-vmware-workstation/Fingers crossed that this will work

RE: Tired of winter?
Well, it's quite simple. If you have a time above 12:00 (24h format - hh:mm) it's p.m. if you then subtract 12:00 - you get a value you used to know
Example:
15:37 = 3:37 p.m.
03:37 = 3:37 a.m.If you know some soldiers, ask them what z1630 means
