re's no excuse for the problems that I had. More than thirty five devices and every Android user claimed something different. I had the wrong vendor, wrong version, didn't install the right third party app, etc., etc. ad nauseum. Bottom line Android didn't work and the reaction of the Android defenders has not changed one iota from then till now.

hmmm... i've never had any issues with my Appletvs 😉

      Wicked, that's what we want.

I'm concerned about the 30 day call home to the mothership thing. I will need to consult with others about that.

If you want none of the online component ... why not just get a physical copy?

The big benefit for me is per user licensing rather than per device.

@Jason yea, you really have to do your research on "charities".

      Agreed 100%.

I've seen some where only like 10% of their budget went to help people, the other 90% was "administrative".

My wife has gotten her tablet stuck on "read everything to me" mode. it is hilarious. She can't turn it off. She is sitting here with the silly tablet saying "slider... slider", "Display brightness", "navigate up, settings, display" over and over and over. She is ready to throw the thing across the patio.

One of my users got their phone stuck on that mode... it takes a little bit to figure out how to operate it in that mode to get in and turn it off.

I wish it was only going to be 80 here. It's going to be 92 where I am and the ac compressor for the wing of the building I am in is out...

@wirestyle22 I wish our group had the numbers to run a deathwatch campaign, although we are looking at a co-op X-Wing campaign. Hopefully someone will get the ball rolling...

Fantasy was my first baby, and it killed me when they killed it with AoS. I'm loving everything I see about Total War Warhammer.

I saw X-Wing at PAX. It seemed pretty cool. @coliver was there as well maybe he will chime in. I found this really awesome indie game called Pixel Glory that I bought. I think it's a great game for people that don't want to play a really complicated long game but still want to have fun.

This was my first year at PAX! I saw Pixel Glory, didn't try it. Sounds like I should've.

Yeah. It's awesome. I also played this game called Ladies and Gentlemen with a group of 8. It's team based (so 4 teams). The men make money on the stock market and the women spend it to buy things for their wardrobe. You win if you're the prettiest girl at the ball. All of the men played the wives and the women played the husbands. The RP was absolutely hysterical.

Side note: I regret not meeting some of the people on here but I had such a big group I literally didn't have time to do anything else.

Ladies and Gentlemen is an awesome game.

Especially when you play it with a lot of funny people. I had such a blast at PAX this year.

We played a ton of games this year. Red Dragon Inn was a quick, fun game not sure I'd pick it up but overall not bad.

I heard Boss Monster was really good but I didn't get to play it

Boss Monster is fun, i suck at it though.

What does this mean? Hyper-V is free, so there is no license.

I'm assuming he means he has the windows licenses necessary for every node in his cluster.

You should get one of those Google Cars and let them do the driving for you!

Make sure to put it on super aggressive driving mode, otherwise wherever you're headed to will take an extra 12 hours...

I'm concerned about using a Google Car given what Google GPS does. Routinely it takes us on things that aren't roads, into dangerous situations and on roads that take twice as long as the normal route you'd just pick by looking at a map.

I've never had Google send me down something that isn't a road... but it has definitely gotten lost in the town square, lol.

I've had google try to send me over an unpaved mountain pass before, luckily I check the routes I drive before I drive them.

That is the NICs I put in my server. Just be sure to install the Intel Driver, the one windows installs first doesn't work properly.

      @JaredBusch What is "new earth"?

      Biblical Creation

Well... not quite... Its specifically Young Earth Biblical Creation. There are alot of people that believe in old earth Biblical Creation.

I've only heard Young Earth (meaning that the earth isn't old), but have not heard new earth.

We all know what they say about assumptions... but I always assumed Young Earth = New Earth? Google of Young Earth vs New Earth doesn't show anything but Young Earth vs Old earth at first glance.

      They use them interchangeably.
