i love linux , and Networking , but as i said am unclear where to start

"I am 21 and very interesting in getting in IT but am unclear where to start. I am currently located in Egypt and IT jobs are not common here. I have not worked in IT previously and am unsure what I should do to start finding work either here in Egypt or possibly abroad. Finding work in the US or EU would be very good for me as well.
