i dont see 3000

I followed directions on GitHub to install Rocket Chat and did not encounter any errors. When I point my browser to http://IPADDRESS:3000 I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
I opened port 3000 in the firewall.

I created a soft link to /etc/firewalld/zones/public.xml and called it 'fw'

But 'fw' is only available from the root directory.

How can I make 'fw' available from anywhere on the system?
