What can I improve or learn

I am working as a system admin role in my client side with knowledge in mcafee epo, backup exec, kaseya, vmware, windows AD, windows components and sound knowledge in desktop hardware
What can do now for my future and how can improve from my side with great knowledge and as system admin am not fully qualified so share your experience and push me up

Maybe GPO is a good next thing to learn? What about PowerShell scripting?

Explore other virtualization platforms such as XenServer, KVM, etc...
