Weird one guys...I've just joined a computer to a new domain.
I can log in as the domain admin no problem however whenever I enter password for a user (any user), it says signing in...then welcome appears then it changes quickly to signing out!!! Anyone come across this before?Note: I can sign in fine on other computers.
It's a Windows 10 PC -

Theres a few errors/warnings: is there something specific I should look for?
The processing of Group Policy failed. Windows attempted to read the file \corp.DOMAIN.co.uk\sysvol\corp.DOMAIN.co.uk\Policies{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9}\gpt.ini from a domain controller and was not successful. Group Policy settings may not be applied until this event is resolved. This issue may be transient and could be caused by one or more of the following:
a) Name Resolution/Network Connectivity to the current domain controller.
b) File Replication Service Latency (a file created on another domain controller has not replicated to the current domain controller).
c) The Distributed File System (DFS) client has been disabled.

Dont know what the heck happend with this computer but nothing I did seem to fix it - including sfc scannow, registry changes and more as suggested in other articles I found with the same problem. I managed to resolve it by running a full restore of the OS. I chose to keep files but re-install Windows. Doing this fixed the problem and I still had all my data. I hope this helps others down the line.
