Ticket System

There is http://osticket.com/ just recently installed for a small team, self hosted, has KB, portal login for agents and client, post tickets via email etc.

+1 for Spiceworks

@Ambarishrh it even says on their site the are the worlds MOST POPULAR so it's gotta be good

I used ServiceDesk in the past for two users. I really liked it, very easy to use and fast. There were some little hiccups that I wasn't aware of (reply to email did some really funky things, at least on that setup).

Spiceworks Hosted is free and easy. Zoho has a couple of options. Zoho also has ManageEngine which is free and hosted. ZenDesk is popular.
Just checked the website and found this hosted option. They say its free, any limitations that you know of?

We mentioned several vendors there. Which one are you asking about?

@scottalanmiller I meant spiceworks hosted option

Ah ha. SW hosted works well but is super limited. We use it for some stuff.

No ticket merging, no editing of ticket details, basically no reports...

Thanks for the info here.
It is renewal time for the RMM, and was thinking of migrating off their platform to something hosted.
Free is always good.

+1 for Spiceworks for me as well.
-
Comodo has something free for RMM. No experience with it, though.
-
Our RMM only works with expensive programs, unfortunately.

I'm toying with the Comodo one free version. It seems to be alright. Nothing stellar, but not bad for free either. You get a helpdesk package with that one as well.

, I thinkHave you used ZOHO and ManageEngine?

You could use DesktopCentral and ServiceDeskPlus from ManageEngine

I'm trying to decide between all the options in this thread.
Just looking for simple ticketing where I can throw info in, and have it in the cloud. And respond to the client if needed.
