We bought out a company a while back that had them acting as part of their IT department. However, LiveIT made everything in their servers, network, desktops and SANs setup so complicated from what it should be just to guarantee business to themselves.
They made everything down to Usernames, GPO names etc as obscure as possible, and not standardized at all. This is possibly the worst We've ever seen. And when I say obscure I mean a lot of it is just random letters for the GPOs so you have to look at each ones settings to know what's in there.
