I actually work with people who get tested all the time but for obvious and much different reasons.
Everything about America is shocking to outsiders.

To clarify, it's FedEx testing, not Staples. Staples doesn't care.

To this day I swear my skype voice interview is how this company hired a fat smoker like me.

We require it. As well all employees including IT get full physicals for employment. We also do random onsite drug screenings of current employees.

At a fortune 100. We are across america, Mexico and a few other places. The work we do, well not I but the bread and butter of our company does can be quite dangerous.
