I actually work with people who get tested all the time but for obvious and much different reasons.

The hilarious part is, except for cannabis, 99% of tests won't catch anything unless you are high when you take it. As long as you stopped blowing lines by 4 or 5 am, you'll be fine for a morning drug screen.

I have been drug tested for every single job I have ever had (other than roofing one summer when I was 15).

To clarify, it's FedEx testing, not Staples. Staples doesn't care.

To this day I swear my skype voice interview is how this company hired a fat smoker like me.

We require it. As well all employees including IT get full physicals for employment. We also do random onsite drug screenings of current employees.

At a fortune 100. We are across america, Mexico and a few other places. The work we do, well not I but the bread and butter of our company does can be quite dangerous.
