I have downloaded and tried to install the Oracle Virtual Box in my Windows 8 machine.
I have provided the path for the ISO to start virtual machine.
When I try to start the machine there is an error is coming in virtual box.
I downloaded the Virtual Box 5.0.4.r102546.
I have attached the error screenshot.virtual box issue.jpg

I am asking if you did. What third party desktop software do you have installed?

I am using Windows themes only in Windows Box.
No other third party softwares now

A good first step might be updating to the latest Virtualbox version.

You said that you are on 5.0.4? The current release is 5.0.8.

The network error is likely why it thinks that it is up to date.

Just download the latest manually. Don't worry what the app says.

Probably not the issue, but it is a good place to start.
