You should contact your credit agencies and put blocks in place on opening new lines of credit. This is about all you can do.

Perhaps you can call your local government office, the prosecutors office. They might know what you can do to try to protect yourself.
As we've found in the states though, often times there is little you can do.

That's a US thing. The rest of the world doesn't have semi-sanctioned private companies that work to enable the stealing of identities like in the US. That's completely unique to the US.

I'm afraid that I have no idea what you can do now. Where are you located? You will need local resources for this, this is purely a legal issue locally. In the US we would file a police report and contact credit agencies.

I assume most countries have better identity controls but I have no idea. You really need to talk to other Saudis about identity theft and what risks it poses there. It might be a big deal, it might not be at all.
